Sarli is an online-only business. We kindly ask that you review the below policy carefully before placing your order.
We recommend trying on all items upon delivery to ensure there is adequate time to request a return or exchange if required.
Return Time Frame
Returns must be requested and received within 10 days of delivery. Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a refund or store credit, provided they meet all return conditions outlined below.
- Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Include all original packaging (including garment bags, where applicable).
- Not show signs of wear, damage, odour, makeup, tan marks, or washing.
- Not have been used in photography, social media content, online content, commercial use, or personal gain.
- Be returned with proof of purchase.
Swimwear
- Must be tried on over undergarments.
- Protective hygiene strips must remain fully intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if hygiene strips are removed, altered, or items show signs of wear.
Store Credit
- Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended once expired.
- Items purchased using store credit may be refused for return at Sarli’s discretion.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately. Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
