ORDERING + SHIPPING

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We may be able to change or cancel your order provided that you notify SARLI via email within 2 hours of placing the order, and prior to the order being dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change or cancel the order. Customers will need to wait until the order is received before requesting a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

If your order has been cancelled by SARLI, you will be immediately refunded and will receive an email confirmation informing you of the cancellation.

I FORGOT TO ADD A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to retroactively apply a discount code to the payment of your order.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?

SARLI can only accept one discount code per purchase.

 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

 

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I HAVE USED A 10% WELCOME CODE?

Yes, any full-priced items purchased with the 10% welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund.

 

RESTOCKS

 

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL RESTOCKS OCCUR?

We love that you like our pieces just as much as we do and we wouldn’t want you to miss out. To be notified of any restocks, simply click on the product, select your desired size and click “Email me when back in stock” <3
